Returns & Refunds
At Ellsboutique, we are a small independent business and we really appreciate every order placed with us. We always want our customers to be happy with their purchases, so please take a moment to carefully read the size information, measurements and item description before placing your order. This can help avoid disappointment and unnecessary returns.
If your item doesn’t fit or you simply don’t like it
If you have purchased an item online and it isn’t quite right for you, you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know that you wish to return it.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with any original tags attached. Please ensure the item is securely packaged when returning it.
Return postage for unwanted or unsuitable items is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.
Faulty items
If your item arrives faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with details and, where appropriate, photographs of the fault. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange an appropriate refund, replacement or other remedy.
A little favour from our small business 🤍
As a small business, returns can have a big impact on us. We kindly ask that you check the measurements, sizing and description carefully before ordering and get in touch with us if you’re unsure about anything.
We’re always more than happy to help with sizing, fit, measurements or any questions you may have before you order.
